TeamViewer

- Visit www.teamviewer.com and choose "Join a Session"
- Run the setup program and accept the license
- The program will generate a "Session ID and Password"; send these numbers to us in an email or on the phone (contact us)
Mac Screen Sharing

Begin by going to System Preferences . This can be reached through a dock icon or by searching your system with Spotlight at the top right corner of your screen.
Click on the Sharing icon in the Internet and Network category.
- Select File Sharing from the list of sharing features on the left of the screen.
- Click the check box to enable file sharing on your computer.

Under "Screen Sharing: On" your Mac will say: "Other users can access your computer at vnc:// SOME NUMBERS". Send these numbers to us in an email or on the phone (contact us)
- When the session is complete, be sure to turn off Screen Sharing.
Mainstay Support 
- Download and run Mainstay.exe
- Double Click on "Double Click HERE for Remote Support"
- Allow this connection through any firewalls installed on your computer.
- Contact us to let us know that you are waiting for support.
