  1. Visit www.teamviewer.com and choose "Join a Session"
  2. Run the setup program and accept the license
  3. The program will generate a "Session ID and Password"; send these numbers to us in an email or on the phone (contact us)

CrossLoop Cross Loop PC CrossLoop Mac

  1. Visit www.crossloop.com and choose "Download"
  2. Run the setup program and accept the license
  3. Launch CrossLoop
    • You do NOT need to create an account on the following screen – click Skip in the lower right hand corner
  4. The program will generate an “Access Code”; send this number to us in an email or on the phone (contact us)
  5. Click on Connect

Mac Screen Sharing TeamViewer Mac Download

  1. Image:Mac-sysprefs-dock.pngBegin by going to System Preferences . This can be reached through a dock icon or by searching your system with Spotlight at the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Image:Mac-sp-sharing.png Click on the Sharing icon in the Internet and Network category.

  3. Select File Sharing from the list of sharing features on the left of the screen.

  4. Click the check box to enable file sharing on your computer.

  5. iMacUnder "Screen Sharing: On" your Mac will say: "Other users can access your computer at vnc:// SOME NUMBERS". Send these numbers to us in an email or on the phone (contact us)

  6. When the session is complete, be sure to turn off Screen Sharing.

  1. Download and run Mainstay.exe
  2. Double Click on "Double Click HERE for Remote Support"
  3. Allow this connection through any firewalls installed on your computer.
  4. Contact us to let us know that you are waiting for support.
