We do not hold our customers to a monthly contract where large amounts of money are charged for very little return (ahem, what do I get for my money?), nor do we operate "only during business hours".
We do not have a complicated pricing scheme. It's a flat charge that applies to our time and not to the equipment or the technology that we are working on. There is nothing intrinsically more pricey about a Mac, so why would you charge differently for your time? A server may take longer to work on, but our rate for that time doesn't change.
We operate "on call" and only when needed. We keep fantastic records that accurately track our efforts on your behalf and we document any and all changes made to your network. To date, we have not seen one other company on the Coast offer anything that compares.
